I had one O2 sensor that I had bought way back soon after I bought the truck when I got the P0174 code. Decided to buy another (this week before the price hikes) so I'd have two ready to go. The first was made in Germany, the second was mostly "made" in the USA. It also has the "X" mark that other companies use to designate cheap offisore options of "identical" parts (see Standard brand).
I hope that they work the same. Not sure if Rockauto gets the same Motorcraft as a Ford dealer. Definitely cheaper than what Ford shows.
2018 (typo in the title. Can't edit titles) versus 2025. $40 vs $60. Both packages have all of the signs of legitimacy.

Ford has been outsourcing parts production since the eighties
Would not surprise me at all to see half the parts made in China
Also, not surprising they would add an X to designate that fact either
I have no actual knowledge of such China manufacture
