W = 361 2BBL "Low propane gas" Domestic Special Order engine. (MY '73 to '77. This code was also used for the 361 4BBL "Low propane gas" for MY '76 to '78)
It's an FT engine and appears it might have been converted back to gasoline? (Based on the non-eom air cleaner)

It seems the FT will use an FE starter, but as OEM they were different part numbers iirc.
