yeah i had some 8 inches and it was very loud but they were already blown out when i got them, but brand new 8's would be real loud anyway. i have some new 24 that i cut off for the 8's. they do sound good but i don't need them. they are not blown out niether. how about flowpath steel mufflers i have heard them and they sound good. go to mustangexhaust.com and you can listen to different setups with x or h pipes and all different mufflers and headers. it is a good site to visit.

I would say it depends on how loud u want it and what tone. if u r like me and want a deep tone but also have some noise i used a 37 inch thrush glass pack that was 2 and 1/2 inch with no cat on either side i loved the duel exaust and i would do it agian the same way anyday. if u want mellow and a lil quiter go with a longer glass pack louder and noisy go with a short glass pack.
