Does anyone have information on parts needed to implement an improved (improved over stock) limited slip, front differential on 2023+, non-termor trucks? As is, the truck is 3 wheel drive at best, it seems.
We sell the limited slip diff by itself for $530, includes side bearings and ring gear bolts. You'd need to decide what else you want to replace at the same time. It appears the ring and pinion are different with the LSD so you'd need to figure that $400ish into the cost.
I did a truetrac in the frontend of my 23 F350 when it was brand new. Previously always did Detroit lockers, but decided to try a truetrac for better onroad manners. My truck is a work truck not a play truck. It spends probably 70% of its time off-road. It’s been great.
Do you remember the part number for that Truetrac, and any other parts needed to get it working?
just go to eatons website, they have an application guide. You’ll need to know you’re gearing. 3.73 or 4.30. I could be wrong, but I’m not sure if they had a 4.10 and up truetrac for the front Dana 60’s. If you’re unsure what you’re doing just find a shop and ask the guy to order your parts.

I don’t think the 2023+ have a Dana 60 up front anymore. It’s a Dana M235 9.25” some have called it a Dana 50 apparently it’s the same one used in the new Bronco. 2017-2022 had Dana Super 60 M256 10.08”. 2022- Dana M256 60s and Super 60s have 10 bolt covers, 2023+ Dana 50? M235s have 14 bolt covers.
