Cylinder head removal
Cylinder head removal on a 2004 F250 5.4l 2V passenger side. Is it possible to remove without taking the front timing cover and front components off? I did full timing set, oil pump, water pump and heads last year. Now it blew a plug out of #4 and it can not be fixed on the truck, ho. I need to replace the head and would rather not remove everything again. Thanks

It was repaired once before. It blew the thread and insert out. I have it at the engine builder and he said it is more the double the whole size and the new insert can not grab any good threads. Not even sure if a triple over size will work. I should have a rebuilt head later this week. Just hate to pull it all apart again.
