So why is this 2015 F-150 so special it has no fuel shut off switch under the passenger side kick panel........ Because it has a driver control module unlike the other F-150's to shut the fuel off. Can anyone explain this for me?
Unfortunately not! So I am back off into the bushes again! LOL
Good. Needed to make sure you don't have a PATS situation that disables the starter.

Ford moved away from the inertia switch on the F150 beginning with the 2009 model year. Fuel cutoff is now done electronically through the fuel pump driver module via the BCM based on impact data from the SRS module.
Back to the original issue...
Unfortunately, the days of simple starting circuits is long gone. These things are a computer network on wheels and, if the computer ain't happy, stuff doesn't work. A scan tool is a requirement for anything beyond basic "first level" checks. Do you have one?
IIRC, there's a quick check to see if certain parts of the starting system is working. Turn the ignition switch to RUN (only). Turn on the audio system and verify it's operating normally. Turn the ignition switch to START. The audio system should mute or blank during any starting event. Does it do that or does it continue operating as before?
Hello projectSH089, Thank you for your reply with info. I will check that out today and get back with you on what I find. I don't have a super expensive scan tool, it's an Autel Pro with the live data. Thanks again

I don't know that tool but if it can run the codes for the PCM and the BCM, that would be good. Also, if it can read live data from the BCM, look for the action of the BCM PID IGN_SW_STATE while turning the ignition switch from RUN to START. That will tell you if the BCM is receiving the input from the ignition switch.
The check I gave you earlier is a lot further down the line in the circuit. If it passes, the check of this PID will also pass as it's a prerequisite to that earlier test.
Maybe check the main ground wire and make sure it has not deteriorated, and disconnect it and clean both ends.
Also, check and clean the other many grounds.
