The only thing I wish I had on my new truck was a full floor center console. I decided to purchase this tray extension that slides into the jumpseat headrest holes. I really am pleased with it. Would be nice if it incorporated deeper cup holder.
@golfnujetsfan - Yeah I had the same problem. The issue is that some nim-rod of an engineer pointed "both" indent tabs towards the driver's side. The head rest has two metal rods. You expect the little tabs you push in to be on the outboard sides of the head rest. Since only the driver's side is, you think there's only one. Squeeze your hand (hopefully it's smaller than my meatloaf hand - that was a pita) into the head rest. At the same time, push both the passenger side in (look towards the back of the truck) on the right side and the driver side in on the right side and then with your third hand lift it off. Or, with the left hand already in there, push it up. It's seriously awkward. Good luck.
