E4OD shift point change

After a highway trip today third gear decided to start engaging around 45 so I limped it home,changed the TPS since I had a 95 that started shifting funky with that going bad but no change. Did drive it down the highway and it went into overdrive so it looks like nothing mechanical and when I hit the switch to turn off overdrive it knocked it out of third so does this sound like something with the solenoid pack in the trans going bad..

Forgot to add 89 F 250 with about 130,000 miles and fluid not burnt.

Found two codes relating to trans 59 low fuel pump ck open/2-3 shift error 62 converter clutch slip/ 3-2-4-3 Sea foam fixed the slip and fuel pressure is 35 running

It goes into every gear so its not mechanical and must be electrical,also when I turn the o/d off it will not go into third so it looks like to me the solenoid pack has shorted.
