Identifying original transmission

I am trying to identify what transmission originally came in a 1992 F150. I know it was a straigt 6 and had a manual but not sure which specific manual tranny it was. Any help on this would be appreciated. The VIN is 1FTDF15Y5NNA56918, Trans code on the door sticker is M and axle code is 12. Thanks in advance.

The manual was a Mazda M5OD-r2. I'm seeing axle code 12 as a 2.73 ratio.

Agree with the previous post. Trans Code M is a Mazda M5OD. 1992 Trans Code chart:

Thanks for the help! So that would be a 4 spd then with the 5th being labeled as overdrive.

so a 5 speed as described by the name of the transmission. M5OD —> Manual 5-speed OverDrive
