Flasher Relay
My indicators on my '86 F100 decided they didn't want to work anymore today.
I checked the fuse (#5 according to google) and then moved onto the relay/flasher. There is a space on the fuse block for the relay, but no relay (see photo).
I know there were many layout changes through the Bullnose run, does anyone have any idea where else I should look? It is an Ex ambulance and the wiring is an absolute nightmare!
Then if you slip the fuse box off it's mount on the back side there is another flasher for the 4 ways.
Most of the time you can swap the 2 flashers for testing. I would get a new flasher and pop it in the front side and see what happens.
Then again being a ex-meat wagon and the wiring the way you said it is you may need to dig deeper?
How do the brake lights work with and without the turn signals on?
Could it be a bad switch?
Good luck

No idea about any changes made for the ambulance configuration.
