Blown spark plug

I have a 2004 F250 5.4l that blew out the #4 spark plug. How much should it cost for new plug and coil and to install a thread inset? Just looking to see what a shop would charge. Thank you

it was $130 for my dads f350 5.4, cylinder #3 but he gave the shop a spark plug and coil pack
