It was time to go. Picked up my 19 th Super duty since '99, 3rd HO, 4th Tremor. Got stupid money for it. 2500 miles See ya! Fuel tank in and topped off. Ready to roll.
If that is a Lariat, Black, Tremor, with 5th wheel prep, w/o sunroof and w/o the Ultimate package...I'm a bit jealous because I'm waiting on mine to be built.

At least now I know what it'll look like.
Charcoal gray, ultimate package, No sunroof, has fifth wheel prep. Even came with the gooseneck ball.
Not missing my F450 either. Not even the tighter turning radius. Other than fuel costs, I enjoy driving the 24 DRW Lariat. Not missing the Platinum interior either. At least I got to experience the 450 and not wonder what if anymore. Plus I have more payload.

Replaced with an F-350 Tremor.
Well, I'm happy with the F550 I've got on order. However, I'll have to admit that I'm extremely impressed with your garage.
Very very nice; wish I could afford one like that!

I've got three 2024 F550s, collectively about 100,000 mi and they've been rock solid, except the towing modules had to be reflashed in all of them for EOH
65,000 square feet, 35-Ft ceilings. If I just had a four post I'd be happy

I was really hesitant on buying a 450 to begin with. Granite, I just had under 3,000 mi on it, there was nothing wrong with it, I couldn't like it. I'm with you on the steering. It's not that big of a deal for me.
Sticker was 103, I got it for $89, got 100K even from the dealership. The new truck I got for 'using A plan 87K out the door, getting about $13,000 back. I almost took a King ranch Tremor, but that dealer would not match the $100,000 offer. He was at 95, with a selling price out the door of 91 using A.
I did find a gray F-350 DRW Platinum but I wasn't going to Louisville to get it. Perhaps if I pull the trigger on the bigger trailer next year I'll go back to a DRW.
The fuel economy was absolutely horrible. My 2017 550s with six speeds were getting the same economy. Even the ones with the 488 gears. 12/13 mpg. I don't pay for fuel but that's not it's the point. My insurance more than doubled buying that. Renewals at the end of the month, I just wasn't throwing money out the window, (I do that enough already).
