Does fuel level in the truck matter when changing the lower fuel filter?

 

Well....technically if you have like a gallon left and you drain the systems while changing the two filters I could see it causing an issue when priming. I think it's a quart. Personally I never let it get below 3-4 gallons and I wouldn't blink changing it at that level.
