I have just finished mocking up the install of my vacuum booster on the power brake conversion with front disc brakes. It struck me that I don't think there is a vacuum source I can use for the brakes on the 223 IL6. I haven't found electric wipers.
1. Does that motor have a vacuum source I can use for power brakes?
2. If not I assume I need a vacuum pump and a vacuum reservoir? What are people using for a 6v system?
I have searched pretty extensively and haven't been able to find a clear answer.
Wow. Got it. I have electric wipers so that's even better as there is only one draw on the vacuum. I will go take a look and see if I can remove those fittings or if they are out.
