I,m interested in a grille insert for my 2002 250. Other than appearance, I'm not sure what to look for.Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Anyone have any problems or praise with a particular one. Thanks.
Don
I put on a Putco no cut SS grill and have been very happy with it. It is a no cut, bolt on and I think it looks great. (see my gallery). Not cheap but no cutting and being able to move it to my next truck made sence to me. Good Luck.
The referenced thread is a little thin on info and the web site it points to is gone. I am interested in a replacement grille also rather than one of these stick ons.
Anyone know where to find them? I think the billet ones with no logo look sharp.
You might look at Stull. (see my gallery) Lots of work to install, but the finished product is hard to beat. I got it at carparts.com (I think), it's been too long and I'm too old
I've had bad luck with Steelhorse and lousy customer service, just my humble opinion.
I put on a Putco shadow grill, and it sucks its the aluminum billet type. the prob is the ends move. this grill will be coming off as soon as i can afford a better grill!!!!!
good luck

I agree with some of the above posters, the Putco grill looks great and is so simple to install that a child could do it. They are not kidding when they said it took 5 min. to install.
Check out the pictures in my gallery for a before and after comparison.
