Fred is on a mission to trash Motorhaven. He's dug up 12 month old posts, started new threads trashing the company, etc.
Motorhaven talked to you on the phone a short while ago, gave you no problems about exchanging an 8 month old product even though the warranty policy is 30 days (manufacturer warranty is 2 years, they're supposed to handle it).
Jolene was pleasant and helpful with you about this, and happy to exchange it for you.

Calling me out !
Since i was instructed that my post was in the wrong group, i reposted it in the aftermarket group. In that thread i DID state that the person i talked to was pleasant. Please see that thread before calling me out. I am the type of person that will give positive feedback as well as negative.
