Hey new to this and had a few questions. I have a np435 transmission I am using for a project. The transfer case np205 was removed before I got it. The guy says the transfer case I get will bolt directly to it, but the output shaft is fairly long and other pictures I've seen online looks like an adapter between the transmission and transfer case. Here is a picture of my transmission. I am just confused do i need to get an adapter between the transmission and transfer case for which ever transfer case i get. The np205 or 203 are pretty hard to find around me but I can get a bw1356 if I can make it work. Thanks for any input I can get.
