So, I have a 2022 XLT with the 302A package. It comes with the H6 battery that I believe is too small (weak) for the task. I'm retired and I don't drive this truck far only around town on short trips. So, the battery doesn't full charge and in an act of self-preservation it shuts stuff off.

I've never noticed when it was new, but if I have the FOB in my pocket and I go to pull on the front passenger door, should it unlock? The driver's door does but the passenger's door does not, I have to unlock it via the FOB. Is this normal?

There is a way to set that up. Salesman at Grainger Ford did it for me so both doors opened. He did it while we were linking my iPhone to the truck when it was new

All doors unlock on my 2022 302A PB. Don't know why, but my truck came from the factory with a H7 800CCA battery installed. (BAGM-84RH7-800)

 

It hasn't been 3 years of ownership (Oct), but I'm itching to swap out that H6 for an H7 battery.
