What is needed to put a 429 block into a 79 F250 super cab that originally had a 351M in it. Where could I find such a kit?

Also, he is looking for headers to put on this truck so any sources for these parts will be appreciated. I want to surprise him since he's been helping me with my 70 Chevelle project.
