351 for towing suggestions

I am rebuilding a 351 windsor for my 91 ford truck. It a 4x4 f-150 but I have upgraded so much on it already it is really a f-250 in disguise. Axles and springs and brakes are all bigger. It has a 1356 HD t case and a c-6 trans that I built to last. I am getting rid of the 302 now and dropping in a 351 as soon as I get done rebuilding it. I got a good handle on what I need to replace for the swap but was wondering if anyone has built a 351 for stump pulling, axle breaking low end power before. Not that I wil be wanting to break stuff but I want a lot more power then the 302 ever had. Any suggestions for the motor?

my combo

76 351W, 8.3:1, rebuilt
.440 lift cam
ported stock heads
stock 4bbl intake
4bbl holley
long tube headers

make power from about 800rpms to 3500rpms, falls off about 4500rpms
granny 4 speed tranny

WIth this motor in my F-150, I can pull 8K pounds 70 with ease. and never take it out of 4rth, with 35's under it.

the difference towing with this motor and the efi302 that was in there is like comparing a 4cyl gasser to a cat diesel.
