It was a seized roller follower that led to the

motors demise. Truck has zero rust so definitely a keeper. Fraser is an affiliate with jasper. Good warranty, hopefully I won't ever use.

If they are anything like jasper there is about a 50/50 chance. Last one we did was 3 tries to get one good one. But they paid near double what we charged labor.

the first two would scream and squeel from the cams. One we did on something (don't remember the motor) had a permanent intake runner code. Eventually they replaced that one too. The rebuilders just aren't good. We did several hemi too and had about a 50/50 success rate. Lol. You send it back and they tear them down and pay you if it was their problem. They have never fought back at all though. I get the impression they dont even really look into it much. But I could be wrong.
