Unfamiliar with 5.4

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding a 98 F250 5.4 I’m unfamiliar with. How can I tell if I have the 2 valve or 3 valve? What’s the difference between them?

Thanks in advance.

The 3v didn't appear until about 2004 so unless somebody swapped one in(not a simple job) you most likely have a 2v motor.
