Relays chattering, no start

Relays chattering, no start
Hi all, electrical gremlin is causing me problems and of course its intermittent. When the key is first inserted into the ignition, the truck begins to respond but then the dash starts flickering, seat moves back/forth/stops, etc. Then, there is no power. Won't start. I can hear a relay chattering in the interior fuse box. I can also hear chattering in the engine compartment. The only way to resolve it is to remove the negative cable off the battery and let it sit a few seconds. Then reconnect and everything is fine. We've owned the truck for just over a year and have not had this problem until 3 weeks ago. Now it's happened for the 3rd time. My wife took the truck to the gym this morning and had no problems. A couple hours later she went to go to an appointment and it happened again.
I've tested the relays I think could be the culprit, but they all checked good. No blown fuses.
Any thoughts?
