Power steering pump question???

I had to remove my power steering pump to get access to my oil cooler on my 6.9l diesel. I just mounted it and reconnected the hoses. The high pressure line with the 15/16" hose connection threaded up to the pump tight but I noticed the high pressure line seems loose. I can rotate it a bit and it moves in and out a tad. I didn't notice that when disassembling it. Did I miss something or is some looseness normal?

It's normal to swivel.

I'm not at a vehicle right now but believe what you're seeing is normal.

Thanks for the replies. I did pull out on the line gently and it seems like it popped into a seat. I'm guessing the high pressure side is self sealing as well.

I now have confidence in refilling the fluid and finishing up!
