2001 f150 CC tests

2001 f150 CC tests
I have an 01 F150 with the 5.4 and 4r70W. My cruise don’t work, I did the self test and got 3 flashed indicating that my pressure switch was bad. I checked continuity of that and it was bad so I replaced it, along with the harness. Cruise still didn’t work so I did the test again and got 4 flashes indicating vehicle speed signal is out of range or circuit defect. I did some research on it and can’t figure out what the problem would be, I’d assume that it’s a problem with the speed sensor but both seem to work fine. Any thoughts?
