Rear Passenger Window Problem

Hello fellow Excursion owners,

I just recently bought a 2003 7.3 2WD and am loving it already but am having an electrical issue I am hoping to get some help with. The rear passenger window does not work at all and I don't know what's causing it. All other windows work with the drivers door switches and all their perspective door switches. I already ruled out a bad switch as it works when I put the right side switch on the rear drivers side do and that controls the window as normal. I should add, yes, I already replaced the motor but it still does not work. I tried looking in the wiring going into both the drivers door and into the rear door but couldn't see any damaged/ cut wires but I did not take all of the electrical tape and boot all the way off.

I used a multimeter to test the voltage to the end of the connector that plugs into the window motor and these are the readings I got: on one of the connector wires it read 9 volts without pressing the switch and 12 while dressing the down switch and the other wire read the same volts in the up position.

If anyone has any ideas as to what my issue is, I would greatly appreciate the help.
