I can’t seem to find anyone selling the frame seal for 69 F250 vent window that seal's glass to the frame. Trying to replace glass and the seal is shot and it’s about 3/16 thick and the window seal tape I found was only 1/16 thick. Any ideas on what to use or buy or try.
I had purchased a complete seal kit from here a couple years ago, https://www.ocautocarpets.com/catalo...therstrip-1452. This link goes to the kit. I looked and they do not sell it separately. I have seen those as a stand alone but havent searched for them solo either.

As Muppy said, you're looking for glass setting tape or butyl tape. It comes in different thicknesses and you should be able to stop into a good local auto glass shop and get what you need. You only need 2 or 3 feet if you're doing both vent windows. They might even just give you some. Even if they charge you, it shouldn't be more than a couple bucks. No need to special order a long roll. I got some this way recently to put the latch bars back on the sliding rear window glass.
