Pod Light Install

I am thinking of installing something like “Auxbeam 3 Inch 72W Dual Color Amber White LED Cube Lights” below the grill in the cavity above the ****** hooks (see picture). I think there is enough room. The only downside is it is all plastic top and bottom but it could be reinforced with metal.

Does anyone have any experience with putting lights in that area?
One light in each outside bar area.

I have not put lights where you are considering... that looks like a good location. Be prepared to modify or fabricate brackets for that spot.

^^^^ X2 fabricating a bracket or bezel / ring to attach over the plastic for a finished look.

i fabricated drop down hangers for the rear bumper (to shallow to cut out) Pods on my ‘02 F350. The Pods were flush mount so I had to get creative.

Your pods in the grill should be much easier.

I also ordered an extra set of LED light pods in case the manufacturer ever discontinued them and I couldn’t find the right size.
