On my '07 XL I had the bare bones jump seat with nothing but a giant "pillow." I found a yard on ebay and ordered one with the center console storage and cup holders. You can also get repros of the cup holder pad/surround brand new all over ebay.
It worked out well, shipped to my door, and was surprisingly affordable ‐‐ but this was before the great embrace of fear ~5 years ago.
Tip: if you can find yards NOT in the rust belt or coastal areas, this is likely better.
