I have recently done a D60 SAS (from a 94 f-350) on my 1980 F150. I have pretty much wrapped up the whole swap minus the front drive shaft. After some reading, it looks like it would be best to get a double cardin-style u-joint installed on the t-case side of the shaft. This will allow me to (hopefully) clear my transmission crossmember and help with my driveline angles. However, when looking into this further, I realized that I will need a different yoke installed on the output side of my t-case. Does anyone have any input on where to find this yoke? or any other suggestions? Any help appreciated, thanks! Pic for reference, as it was almost complete. I had to do the same on my 1989. I have in my notes the yoke is a advance adapters 300369. I see other people sell this now also, when I was doing it back in the day, these yokes were hard to find and I had to get one from a junkyard in New York state. WARNING! This part number is for a BW1345 transfer case. Is the shaft size and the spline count the same on a 208 transfer case? I do not know. I bet they never had the CV joint combo with the 208. But you can keep looking and maybe the shafts are the same. I will tell you, once you get the CV joint in, they work great. After I installed it I can't tell if I have the hubs locked in or not it's so smooth.
Not sure if it helps, but you might want to call these guys and see if they can help. I don't know if they do custom work. Or, I'm sure there must be some old repair shops around your area that might know where you can go. Oh, I see your in Canada. The second link I think will do custom stuff. I have dealt with both places and have been happy.
@Max Capacity Thanks for the help, I'll give them a try. Not too much up here in Canadia as far as custom driveline shops go.
When I had to get a new drive shaft when I added over drive a local large truck shop did drive shafts around here.
So you might look into them for service.

Dave, beat me to it. You should be able to find a heavy equipment repair shop. Or ask a company that has big dump trucks.
