Hello,
I have a 2016 F150 5.0 with 85,000 miles. When it drops below zero it will not crank. Accessories seem to work fine with ignition on, battery is new, cables are clean and tight. Sometimes there is a delay when attempting to start but will crank and fire up as usual. A dash light will say to "turn off power and key to save battery" but that does not make sense if I am trying to start it.
Sounds like the voltage might be low even if it is a new battery. If you have a jump box try using it next time this happens and see if the boost helps.
Although new, battery might not be fully charged. I'd start there, put it on an agm charger overnight. When it was replaced was the battery life monitoring BLM reset? It might think old one is still in there. Do you have a meter to test the rested battery voltage in the morning?
