I think you're going to have to pop the hood and take a look. Luckily its coming from the front, so it should be easier to see if its just a hose or the radiator. Coming from the block is a bit more difficult to diagnose and fix.

I have what appears to be the same exact antifreeze drip coming from the front driver side, maybe not as aggressive a drip though. Have not been able to pinpoint it BUT I have read quite a bit about how the radiators on the 6.4s are not the best built with the crimped on plastic ends. If yours is that issue and you replace it, I sure would like to know what brand whether it be OEM or an after-market product you go with.

My upper radiator hose inlet on the OEM radiator had a very slight leak.
Eventually my 7.3 iron block overheated.
Bought a new Chinese radiator from 1 800 radiator.
Not quite been a year yet since install.
