Pontiac engine

Hello can anyone tell me what year and model Pontiac engine I have in my truck, it’s a 5.7 litre, the engine number is either imo1245vp or lmo1245vp Thanks 🙏

Where are you finding the numbers? Something doesnt seem quite right with the format if this is actually a Pontiac. Should be a 4 character date code by the distributer and then the casting number(all numbers) on the right side back of block...the edge of the bolt flange where the bell housing bolts up.
