Would you not put your favorite drivers # on your truck just because he drives a Chevy? I put my drivers number on my truck when he drove a Pontiac (since Pontiac doesn't make trucks, i didnt really see it as a direct conflict) but now he has switched to Chevrolet and im thinking the numbers might have to come off. I am interested to hear what others think on this subject?
If you had a favorite in anything, for instance;NASA and you really supported them by putting a space shuttle emblum on your truck, does that mean you have to drive one. You just support that driver, thats just my opinion. The main thing is that you keep driving the FORD and no matter what you put on it, it's still a FORD. Rich
I drive a Ford and Support the #6 of Mark Martin.
I personally can't stand to see a #24 on a Ford.
But that is my opinion and I am entitled too it. I am sure that others will disagree and that is ok. This is one of the many reasons that I am proud to be an American and have the right to choose as I please and express my opinions!

I put out Bill Elliots #9 Dodge in the final Winston Cup race a few weeks ago in Homestead (awesome track)...what should I put on my window?
(if you didnt see the race, he blew a tire causing him to loose his lead with only a half lap to go. on his final lap after the checkered his car caught fire on the rear passanger side and caught some fuel on fire. luckily he was on E.)
Im glad to see that most of you that replied would stick with the number on your truck regardless of what make he drives. Im a big Tony Stewart fan but I never even considered buying a Silverado over my F150. Im going to leave the #20 on the window and hope Joe Gibbs racing moves to Fords someday.
Im likely to do anything i please. Maybe even more inclined if i think someone might have a problem with it.
I, unlike some ppl, could care less what someone chooses to do with anything they own, and have long since ceased to be amazed at anything involving vehicle "enhancements". It doesnt personally effect me, and is therefore not my problem, and shouldnt be yours.
Stickers do make you faster! They give you more HP!! 10,000,00 ricers cant be wrong right? (What they actually do is tell everyone what they are about to recieve, when they steal your POS )
My love of racing went with Dale's untimely retirement btw.

I agree that seeing anything with a 24 on it is repulsive unless it is heading into the pits with a blown engine. I will say that i think Dale Jr. has made it a lot more popular to have cross mfg. sticker on vehicles. I see #8's on every make and model including Cadillac's and plenty of Ford's. Im sure there will always be a group of traditionalists that dont agree with supporting a rival mfg. driver. Im sure if Tony Stewart was stranded in the dessert, he would gladly accept a ride in my F150 if i drove by.
