Navigation, Ford Pass, WIFI issues
Hello, just bought a 2021 F450 Platinum and am having some issues with a few things. The navigation screen isn't working properly. If you have the navigation screen on and try and enter the menu it just says "navigation not ready". You can't enter a destination etc. When trying to turn on automatic updates the toggle will never change to on. Asks if I want to turn it on, answer yes, but the toggle stays in the off position. Tried turning WIFI on and it will never actually search for a network. Ford Pass also will not work. Installed the app on my phone and attempted to connect to the truck but it never finds it, get an error message on my phone saying "Sorry, there was an error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization rights on 2021 F-450. Please try again later". Any suggestions?

Maybe the previous owner disabled the associated modems to prevent the truck calling home to Ford. Check that the TCU behind the rear seat is plugged in and no fuses are missing.

Just checked the TCU and it is plugged in. I have Forscan and have own the test on the TCU and it passes. Looking at the PID'S in the TCU it shows it's state as operational, however it shows 0's for network identity, country identity, and cell signal. Auth_state says Waiting for Auth Mode
