Is it worth my time to sign up on this thing what will i gain from it?

Not really. I signed up for it once but never downloaded any trip info etc to the truck. I would sign up on the Ford owners website. It will let you know when Sync updates are needed when you run the vehicle health reports.

I think it is a really neat and useful feature. Not only for the sync updates etc. but for the services which are free. Just sign on and agree to their legal stuff. Then you can get directions by voice turn by turn even without Navigation. Also ask for traffic reports to where you are going. I haven't used it but also services can find a restaurant or other businesses for you. Sync uses your phone, Bluetooth paired to call services and from there get what you need. To me it is very useful and fun to use.

I signed up on the ford owners site not sure i fell like wasting my time on the sync site i dont fell like i would ever use anything offered on there. How do you get the health report?
