front spring model

Good morning
I would like to replace my front springs because it seems sagging, my spring code and e4d, what spring should I put in, several models are available I would like to keep it original and comfortable.
This is for my F150 extended cab, 2wd long bed, 5.0L engine.
THANK YOU

I think the Moog cc820s are a stock replacement, emphasis on "think".

will the 820s be the best?
on rockauto it only gives me the 822 or 824.

The cc822s may be the correct option for the extended cabs. I have the cc824s, they are longer, if you intend to bring the front up a bit.

If it is the same height as the rear it doesn't bother me, but there will be nothing to adjust? will the camber settings remain original?

They were able to get mine back in spec with aftermarket bushings. I just realized yours is 2wd, I don't believe the TIB handles the adjustment like the TTB, and may not have proper clearances for the 824s. Do some research on that though.

yes it's a 2wd with air conditioning.
the camber and a little negative on the adjustment ratio, but visually and in driving everything is ok, I think the springs have something to do with it.
better to stick with the 822 then, closer to the original?

because if I'm wrong it will cost me more to send them back than to buy others 😄.

I still have my original adjustment rings so I prefer to keep them.

here are my rear blades do you think everything is ok, or did the previous owner add a blade for the raised rear?
because the last Blade seems strange to me, it is not centered compared to the others.
And on bad roads I hear a noise like iron from the rear, everything has been replaced except the blades.

You didn't post any pictures. A 2wd should have 4 leaf springs in the rear. It is possible an overload spring was added.

I think you should start a new thread for the noise. Leaf springs are bendy bars, they shouldn't make noise. You would need to be more specific on what was replaced as well.

What is the spring code listed on the driver side B-pillar sticker?

sorry I forgot the photos, yes I will do another post for that, so that's what I thought it was raised at the back, it seemed very high to me from the back.
shock absorber, blade support bearing are new.
in short for my springs the code and e4d.

That's an overload spring, it's possible somebody swapped a 4x4 spring pack into that truck.
