Occasionally I will catch it in my lower vision as it happens, but not what is actually happening. The screen will blink. I don't know if the entire screen blinks, or just a portion of it, but I'll catch it and its normal by the time I get eyes on it. I have the basic dash layout with the instant economy screen in My View. No correlation to anything else, just happens at random.
I've noticed this similar thing. Just thought it was old age creeping up and maybe I'm getting a bit crazy. I normally seem to notice shortly after starting up and leaving somewhere. So there's a chance I'm still sane?
When I noticed it on my 2024 F250, it ended up being the SYNC 4 system flashing a message about the vehicle being unlocked. Happened for about a day, right after I caught an OTA update to the software, then it went away. In my case, it happened after I would take off from a stop. I stared at it for a while and figured out it happened just as the truck hit like 8 mph. The unlock message would flash up, then disappear so fast, if I wasn't looking right at it, it just looked like the flash you described.
I've seen it, but it feels more like a flicker you would get from old CRTs screens if that makes sense.
Similar to how our LED headlights look through a security camera flickering. I had an older Escort 9800ix and it would distract me as my eyes moved to a mirror and that blue would always look like either blueish headlights or police blue. I got used to it. With the newer OLED Escort I don't see it anymore.
I’ve noticed it several times. It doesn’t seem to happen at a pattern I’ve been able to discern. I’ve wondered if it had something to do with the refresh rate and maybe the way my eye was moving and just catching it at the right moment, but it does seem to have a long refresh from time to time.
I’ve also had it kind of turn off back in November. It’s like the flicker, but just never came back. It was weird because it was still working, but the background and most data was missing. The gear selection was still working, and if I pushed buttons on the wheel, I think the menus popped up. But I wasn’t able to get it to come back without restarting the truck. I drove about 30 minutes or more with it like this. My HUD and iDash gauges were still working, so I wasn’t missing any data. It hasn’t done it since.

Well, not Sync updating. I have been watching it now and when the data changes with Sync, no flicker or abnormal actions, the words just change. I haven't seen it flicker yesterday during my drives, but will still keep a lookout for it. At least I'm not imagining it if others see it too.
I'm seeing the same thing on my '23 F-250 Lariat Tremor. This pickup is not my daily driver, but I've driven it much more in the past couple of months (deer season), so I've noticed it quite a lot. I notice mine when I've got the cruise set at 65 going down the highway. It blinks so fast that I can never see if it's a message that flashed up or if it was screen refresh. I would estimate in an hour drive it might flash like that 2-3 times that I notice.
