E150 Brake problems - upgrade questions

My interior needs cleaning, but is pretty sharp: the van was laid up when I bought it- the inspection sticker was 7 years out of date LOL. The outside was fairly nice until my front wheel decided to fall off & smash the fender flare, twist the fender and bust the running board, and grind my rotor down about 1" when it hit the road. :-(
