Fuel pump PWM control help

Hey boys, me again. The guy swapping a 6.2 from a 2018 f250 Lariat.

I'm thinning the wire harness and have some questions about fuel pump control that the wiring diagrams don't quite explain.

I'm eliminating the body control module and making my own fuse/relay panel. Not sure if I'll retain the stock fuel pump or convert to a return system.

It looks to me like the PCM uses 2 micro relays to control the fuel pump relay in the underhood fuse box. I'm assuming the PCM grounds the gray/orange wire to engage the relays? I don't wanna fry my PCM. I'm questioning how to wire up my relays if I keep the stock fuel pump and controller which I think pulses the fuel pump.

Also if i convert to return style can I still use the PCM to control the relay and turn off PWM in the tune?

TIA, merry Christmas

I believe it was Scanner Danner that had some good YouTube videos on Ford style PWM fuel pump controls that might help you.
