Hey guys, I'm normally over on the 80-86 side of things, but today I'm working on the daily driver, a 2013 F150 Platinum with the 6.2L.
I've noticed lately with the change in temperature that if I want any other temperature other than HI or LO, I get mixed temps out of the vents. For example, i'll turn the temp to say 74 degrees. It'll be blowing hot air out of the middle 2 vents and cold air out of the left side vent (couldn't check to see if it was coming out of the passenger side as cold or not).
Now maybe this is just Ford's cruel joke of saying 'let's blow hot out of one side and cold out of the other and by the time it reaches your face it's the temperature you want'....I don't know.
Does anyone know which actuator is screwing up for this condition? I know you have 4 total, passenger side is the recirculating one and from i've been told rarely goes out. What's left is the 2 in the middle and one by the gas pedal. Which one should I replace?
