I have a 95 f350 with a 7.5. Tach has been fine until today, it’s on the wrong side of the peg. When the truck is off, it’s dropped down. When it’s on, it’s pegged against the bottom of the peg, which is telling me it still has power.
As an update, I was able to use a magnet to spin the needle back around to the proper place and it seems to be working fine. Not sure as to what caused it though
