Looks like my truck, do you have the door sticker ?
Here's mine, I think the paint code is 9N. Any auto parts store that mixes paint can get the right color and put it in a spray can.
In the LMC Truck catalog, seems the color is tan for stock seats and door panels in that shade you show. You can download the catalog for free on their site.

I’ll have to look when I get back home the brown in mine is a little more redish looking your color is the only color I can find I’ve never painted interior so just a little nervous about that
What's that extra hole in the door panel for? A lock slider? Power windows? Locks? I wonder if those panels are originals on your truck? Those door panels are available I think. Coloration might not be the same. Painting is probably a good option.
It’s for a lock slider they are original for the truck I have the colors somewhat narrowed down it’s either chamois, nitmeg or caramel lol narrowing it down slowly

Go out and look at one of your newer cars or trucks, you will see most of the panels do not match exactly, so you can get as close as you can but it may not be exact to the other pieces in the interior.

'80 & '81 had lock sliders instead of plungers. I guess they either didn't work well or they weren't liked so they went back to the plungers.
I’m trying to find replacement door panels for the truck and cannot find this color brown anywhere I have looked any help would be appreciated
The wood paneling looks like a Ranger or Lariat. Do you have the either of the panels or do you need both? You can probably match the color, you might have to shop around for faux wood paneling on ebay or something to get it totally matched.
You are going to have a few issues with new door panels.
First as was said they may list the color(s) but will not match any of the other plastic in the truck for a few reasons.
1 is age the old stuff fades over time.
2 the parts are made by different manf. so colors will be different between the parts. This goes for any car / truck manf. This is why I painted all my plastic panels so they would match and look new.
3 they may list the colors but I bet all you will be able to get is black.
4 Bet all they list is 83> panels, none for slider locks. Now someone posted not long ago that the panels dont come with the holes for either lock type and you have to open the holes for tyhe type you have. They had slider locks as I do and why I asked. Think he got them from LMC but could of been DC?
5 you will also need to remove the chrome & wood trim to use on the new panels after you make the holes for them.
Good luck

ps be vary vary careful on the slider locks as no one has them either or if they do they are not the right color and are made for 1 side.
I believe you can use them on either side but the writing will be upside down on one side.
