Bought an Excursion w/Updates - What Else?

I recently bought a 2003 Excursion 6.0L Powerstroke with 117,000 miles. The previous owner (pre-dealer) put quite a bit of money and time into it, updating and upgrading the vehicle. So, it's had the following within the last two years & ~2,500 miles. I'm wondering what else it might need so that it's as reliable as can be? I'm not eager to do head studs unless it actually needs them, but would appreciate suggestions on other mods/upgrades that would help with reliability.

Edit / PS: I’ve read the tech/new owner threads, and I’m aware of what’s recommended in those threads, e.g., EGR delete. I don’t want to “delete” if I can avoid it, but could be persuaded with expert guidance.

Thanks in advance for suggestions!

Nice looking Ex!

IMO, an upgraded HPOP wouldn't be a bad idea.

How are your coolant and oil temperature differentials?

Thank you,@bismic! Is HPOP a major job, a simple swap, or something in between? Is there a particular brand/type I should consider?

I just purchased a scan tool (Blue Scanner), will monitor temp differentials and report back.
