Well! After all the dealing with a very messy shop.. Cylinder 10 is fixed after the infamous "Spark plug rocketship" My truck doesn't misfire anymore woohoo!!! Stays at steady rpms... But the nightmare isn't over yet. I've noticed that my vehicle is running very rough in between 800RPMs to 1800RPMs, At idle and in park it does run poorly. On the interstate or roadways around 1500,1400,1300,1600,1700RPM's it's not a huge fan of as it vibrates a little as it would in drive not moving anywhere or in park after the engine has idled down from a start. It has all its glory, V10 Power, back! But I'd sure like it to run properly again and sound good and not vibrate the truck... The air intake wasn't even tightened down from the "Professional shop" After tightening it myself it fixed it a little bit. But still runs very rough... All the spark's and coil packs are in place. Wondering what to look for next, As it ran perfectly before the spark plug blew out. Many thanks!

2000 Ford f-250 6.8 2V V10, 184K
I have the same problem has a slight missfire/vibrates. I have changed all plugs and checked the coils with the Matco tool, one didn't light up so changed it, and changed fuel filter. Maybe had it a month now. My check engine light doesn't work in dash, but had it scanned and no codes, but it doesn't run right. [ Wish I could figure out IF coil issue or injector or what it is ?]
