I have a 2016 F350 with the 6.7, it was deleted before I bought it (EGR and DPF delete). I have no info on the tune. I plan to change the CCV next time I do the fuel filters, but was wondering if it would be practical to delete the CCV instead, as well as the throttle valve. Since the truck already has a DPF and EGR delete, could I just go ahead with this without issue and without needing a new tune?
the throttle valve sensor is unhooked right? it prolly is. if so, should be safe to go to a non sensor style one. on my 17 that was one of the plugs that got unhooked.

Yes - I just checked and that sensor is unplugged. Not sure about the CCV though. I am assuming that it has a sensor but can't see it.
Things make sense more now. It looks like my '16 is the version without the CCV sensor. The hose looks like yours, but without the electrical connector. I think I could delete or 'reroute' the CCV without getting a check engine light.

Even for the guys that have the sensor all you do is cap the cut off hose end leaving the sensor plugged in. That's what I'll do down the road when going the ccv delete route.

On these 2016s with non serviceable CCVs and no sensor it seems to me that there's no way to know that if it's working properly or if it's introducing contaminants into the intake so do folks who can't delete it, do they just change them at intervals and hope for the best?

Last year I got this code "P04DB crankcase ventilation system disconnected" and had a non serviceable ccv. Just changed it out and cleared the code.
I could be mistaken but it seems that many many folks don't know about the ccv until it's bloated like a beached whale causing oil leaks on the engine. The one's that had this happen to or know now will change them out maybe eventually.
Others just delete and let exhaust to the air or add a catch can.
