I have a 2004 f250 super duty 5.4I got it and drove it home and then drove it a little about 3 weeks ago. I sanded the frame and seal coated it now it wont work. Im not sure if the two corrolate. I have a crank no start. The entire fuel pump had been replaced along with filter. I disconnected the fuel line at the filter and tried to start it but it barelt produced any fuel. I think it may be the fuel pump driver but im not sure if it is. Any ideas on what it might be. Does it have a fuel pump driver? If so where is it located? Thankyou.
In situations like this where the problem comes up after doing some kind of work on the vehicle, I'd say it's likely related somehow. Make sure ground connections to the frame are good; if you removed any cables from the frame to seal it, you need to clean those areas down to the metal when reinstalling the ground cables. If you disconnected any other cables in the process, go around and ensure the connectors are all firmly seated again.
