Transmission identification
I don’t know why it’s classified as a bus, but it is what it is
Hello to everyone here I appreciate every member here and all of your comments very helpful. I have a 94 super club wagon. I cannot identify what type of transmission is in this vehicle. I need to replace it ASAP. Can anyone help me or let me know what would be a suitable matching replacement. I have an 03E 250 but I don’t believe that transmission will mate. God bless and appreciate any help.

thank you I thought that was the E4 0D I have a 2003 5.4 with the E4 0D will it mount to that 94 E4 OD if not, do you know what transmission possibly would thank you so much for the reply

I was afraid of that do you know of any particular common transmissions that will mate up to the 5.8

Yes, the E4OD. Anything else is going to need a lot of modifications to make it work.

Buy a Ford reman if you can still get one
If not, have yours rebuilt by someone who knows what they are doing
