So F250 Platinum Superduty

Been sorting out a few software issues since I picked it up and all done now. Ready to tow.

Went to setup the pro trailer backup assist (i don't use it but want the camera side of it sorted). Placed the sticker but the setup of it just wigs out. On the sync4 screen it just flashes the setup screen saying place the sticker, on and off, not enough time to click anything. The setup on the 8inch dash screen lets me go through it and enter all the details and supposedly says setup but then when I click the button for pro trailer assist there is no saved trailer to select, only an option to setup another trailer. Despite the trailer being there setup with tpms etc.

Couple of questions, not sure if anyone knows.

1. I have the unreal theme enabled on sync4 screen. Would that cause an issue? unlikely imho...
2. In the back of the vehicle, i know there are two options for the pro trailer plug, one in the bed for a gooseneck one for a conventional trailer. I am using the only spare plug under the vehicle which I can only assume went to the bed for a gooseneck. The one that goes to the rear is the wrong socket size and i need to get the 7/12 plug for that. The question is would they cause a difference in setup of the sticker?
3. Settings for tow on Sync4 screen - I can't seem to find anything in any of the spreadsheets about having those settings enabled. Back to the flashing on the screen of the sticker for setup. I wonder if it is to do with the lack of config for this on the screen. I enabled TOWHAUL in apim and it brought up the towing menu under features but there was only two options under it and greyed out. Be good to know what to turn on to control it from the screen...
