Stuttering acceleration

So I have done many things to try and fix this problem but I can't seem to figure out what's causing the stuttering.
- new ICP and IPR sensors (motorcraft)
- fresh oil and fuel filter
- sending unit is clean
- good fuel pressure
- new IDM
- used forscan and has no codes and values seem to be right

It only start sputtering only while driving and going above 2000rpm and the engine is warm.
I'm starting to get lost here and am needing help.

Asked about codes and then saw you said no codes.

With no codes and more prominent under load (above 2k) I'd be thinking fuel related.

How do you check fuel pressure?

I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel bowl where the fittings are

Can you check pressure while driving or just at idle?

I don’t think that would be it cause we filled up my moms 2500 the same day and it’s running fine

The last things that come to my mind have been the ICP connector or air in the high pressure lines

Aeration,if it's only stuttering while driving I'd guess it fuel aeration, but until verified I wouldn't take oil off the table.

Have you ruled out HPO leaks? Could be a bad Injector O ring causing it

Ok
how would I go about finding a hpo leak and my icp is reading 468-492 psi at idle(op temp). At 2000 rpm it’s fluctuating about 300-400 psi

What's IPR DC% at idle? Warm engine oil it should be around 8-10. If it's 14+ means you might have a leak. That's just one quick and dirty check. There are more accurate tests if you decide you need to investigate further.
